My family recently remodeled our kitchen and purchased our floor and backsplash tiles from Tile Center. I wanted to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the service that we received from your store manager, Frank (Farzin) Merrikh. During our first visit to Tile Center, we were unable to find tiles that we were looking for, and then looked elsewhere. When visiting other stores, we were able to find tiles that we liked, however their service did not compare to Frank’s, so we returned to Tile Center to see if Frank could find similar tiles. Upon seeing samples from other stores that we found, Frank was able to find new tiles that we had not previously seen.

We decided to give our business to Tile Center, solely because of the high level of customer service that we received from Frank — he was very friendly, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to find kitchen floor tiles, and find and install our backsplash. Some things I would like to point out, are that he worked very hard to help design our backsplash, he was very patient when we changed our minds several times (we probably visited your store close to 10 times), and he personally delivered tiles to our home. It is rare to work with someone that genuinely cares about his work as Frank does, and I wanted to personally express how much we appreciate his hard work. We will be sure to purchase our future tiles from your store, and recommend friends to do the same. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!
