moment we entered Tile Centers’ beautiful showroom. Now that the
project is complete, we are thrilled because the tiles and grout are
beautiful and your installer Ivan did such a beautiful job (and Ivan
was such a pleasure to have in our home). I hope that you and Ivan
and Fred (your plumber) accept our thanks — we are enjoying our home
even more because of all of you.
