Hello Mr. Modjarrad,

I’m Jim D., a customer in Germantown who got new cabinets/granite/tile for my kitchen (December/January install) and vanity/granite/tile for 2 bathrooms (installed last Monday-today).

All of your staff have been polite and skilled but I’d like to single out 2 who are especially good.

Fred has been outstanding at all of the work he’s done: cabinets, granite, and plumbing. Fred did a small follow up job to finish the kitchen and he did all the non-tile work for the 2 bathrooms. What really impresses me about Fred is his drive for 100% customer satisfaction – he’s polite, friendly, and positive. And, he’s an excellent craftsmen and always consulted me about installation details, even small items that many installers wouldn’t ask a customer about.

Mr. Zia was the first person we met at Tile Center and he has helped us every step of the way with the kitchen and bathroom jobs. He’s extremely helpful and though he’s a salesman, he’s very honest about design options and doesn’t try to oversell – I really appreciate that! Also, he’s a real expert on cabinets, granite, and tile and home improvement in general. Any future jobs I do with Tile Centers and any references I make to family and friends will always include “be sure to ask for Mr. Zia.”
