Create a High-End But Functional Bathroom

Dear Farzin and the Team,
We wanted to take the time to thank you Farzin and the team for all of your
hard work and the beautiful outcome of my bathroom and hardwood floors.
Farzin, I especially want to thank you for all the endless hours you invested in
our projects. You were always patient while I meticulously picked out my
various design elements or changed them! Your in-depth experience and knowledge
helped me create a high-end but functional bathroom, while remaining on budget.
You were also cheaper than other companies! You were always available to
discuss the projects and immediately returned my calls, no matter what time of
the day.
The entire team was not only true professionals but also artists! Your workers
showed up on time, completed their tasks in a timely fashion as scheduled, and
completed the work when it was scheduled to be completed. The tilers were
creative and perfectionists. Farzin, I particularly appreciate that you took
time out of your busy schedule to help me pick a beautiful and unusual piece of
granite. The painter’s lines were crisp and helped alleviate water damage on
the ceiling. Farzin, your knowledge of proven products, such as the vapor
barrier placed underneath the tiles, helped to alleviate any of our future
concerns with leaking and mildew damage. It was truly a team project which was
closely coordinated by your team supervisor, Mr Kim, and the many team workers.
Both you and the supervisor showed up daily to monitor the progress, working
around our schedules. I had complete trust in all of Tile Center’s workers, so
much so that I left my key with them to allow them complete access to my home.
Nothing was ever touched, showing how honest your workers are. Every worker
always cleaned up the entire work site at the end of every day to allow me to
use the bedrooms. The hardwood floors also came out beautifully and without
bumps, which occurred in my hall floors when they were done by another company.
Farzin, your true dedication to your clients was revealed when you offered to
fix the problem at the top of my stairs, without charge.
I was so happy with the work which was performed that I will certainly use Tile
Center in the future to complete my downstairs hardwoods and help me with
improving my kitchen. Thank you for your exceptional work.
