Your company just finished our bathroom project on Friday, May 13, and we are well pleased with the transformation of the tired old bathroom to a great new one. We have done a lot of projects in the past, but our experience with your company has been the best.
Mr. Kim and his crew were competent, focused, customer friendly and responsive, and continually on the job until finished. Joe’s planning and design was key to a successful project. He is always responsive to our design and budgetary goals and at all times is customer oriented.
We were particularly pleased with Fred’s performance. He was a real gentleman, always polite. He has a great attention to detail, is patient and has a broad range of skills necessary for bathroom remodeling, he needs a pat on the back.
We thank you for a great project. We hope to start another bathroom project in a couple of months and hope we will be able to use the same team.
