My wife and I recently had the pleasure of using your company to remodel our old master bathroom, replacing all components and installing new tile and a new jacuzzi style tub. Your sales person, Joe, was our first contact and was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He guided my wife through the design and selection of tile, tub, toilet and all other components. By working closely with her, from start to finish, he provided the reassurance that put her mind at ease throughout the whole reconstruction, from demolition to finish. We were both impressed with how efficient, polite, professional and courteous all the men were, who came to our house. However, one of the major installers stands out among all the other excellent workers. His name was Fred and he primarily did the electric and plumbing . Not only was he very professional and highly skilled technically, but his personality and character were revealed by his especially helpful mannerisms , his personal neatness and his attention to detail. He explained all that he and the others were doing very well. When my wife had concerns for minor items that did not quite meet her expectations, he promptly finished the details to her satisfaction. I want you to know how much I appreciate that. You are very very fortunate to have such an excellent employee. It was indeed a complete pleasure to do business with you. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and have enjoyed many compliments on the workmanship.
